We do everything in our power to make using WhatRubbish as easy as possible. Here are a few frequently asked questions that we get asked. If you can’t find the answer to your question here, feel free to give us a call and we will be glad to help.

  • Why can’t you give an exact price beforehand?

    We are unable to do this because our rates are based upon how much your junk will take up of one of our tippers. Until our removal team has seen the amount that you have we cannot give an exact price. Please see ‘How we Charge’ for price list and this will give you a good idea of the charge.

  • What do you do with the junk?

    Most of what we collect we try to recycle or have re-used through channels such as charity. When this is not possible we dispose of the junk in the least environmentally damaging manner possible.

  • Do I need to be at home?

    In order for us to give you a quote and then for you to accept or decline it, you may wish to be so. However if you are happy for us to call you when we get to the site we can quote over the phone.

  • How many people will attend?

    Normally it will be a team of two both carrying ID.

  • What geographical area do you cover?

    Everything within the M25 and a 30 mile radius outside of the M25.
